About Our Petting Zoos
Down on the Farm offers one of the largest assortments of farm animals in our petting zoos in the DFW metroplex. Our animals are all raised here on our farm in Mansfield. They are all hand selected for their gentle disposition and friendly nature. Our animals are guaranteed to be clean, healthy, gentle and ready to be loved on by your little ones!
We strive to provide you with the best animal experience whether its a birthday party, corporate event, or city festival. We can accommodate any request large or small!

Need more than a jumbo zoo? You got it! The customizations are endless! We can add on a longhorn display, add additional animals, the animals can even "dress up" for special events like Halloween! Whatever crazy, out of the box idea you may have, let us help you make that a reality!
All Petting Zoos and Animal Exhibitors must be USDA licensed
What does this mean for you? When hiring a petting zoo or animal entertainment provider, always make sure they are USDA licensed and carry a liability insurance policy. This includes animals used for photography sessions as well. If an animal is used for contact with the general public, that business must be USDA licensed. Down on the Farm carries a USDA license and we are insured, which means we are subject to random farm checks to ensure the health, care and living conditions of all of our animals, and you can be comfortable knowing you are hiring a company that truly cares about our animals and your safety.
