Animals used for photography: If you are wanting an animal specifically for photo sessions/posing, etc, please let us know when booking. Your animal rental for photo sessions includes a trained photography animal as well as a trained animal handler that helps with posing.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your time and date. Please contact us for availability and booking. We accept Paypal, Venmo, mailed checks or a credit card (with a 3% processing fee) to pay your deposit.
Dates are not considered booked until a deposit is received.
We charge a travel fee based on the distance your location is from zip code 76063 (Mansfield). Please contact us for a travel quote.
Pony rides can be done in a front or back yard, sidewalk or driveway. They don't require a lot of space. Petting zoos and other animals will need an adequate space to set up their enclosure. Please verify space requirements prior to booking.
When we arrive we will need adequate parking space for a truck and trailer as close to the set up area as possible. We typically will pull up next to the curb in residential areas. Please make sure you have the area closest to your set up location blocked off.
We arrive approx 30 minutes prior to your event start time to set up. Set up and pack up time are not part of your booked time. Set up area must be within 50 feet of our trailer. If we are unable to park within that distance, it takes additional time to set up. That must be disclosed prior to booking as there may be additional set up fees and additional set up time needed if the set up location is further than 50 feet from where we park. Please verify the distance to your set up area prior to booking.
If a covered area is available, we can set up under a carport, in a garage, under an awning, etc.-as long as its not actively pouring or lightning during set up. If weather conditions are questionable and you would still like to proceed with your event, payment in full will still be due once we leave our barn.
It is our policy that we retain the right to cancel/postpone any job due to weather conditions. The safety and comfort of our staff and animals is our priority.
